Refund policy

WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY - WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS,                           NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at avanttrendsinfo@gmail.com.  Exchange request must be submitted within 2 days after item is received.  If your exchange is accepted, we’ll inform you where to send your package.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically have a credit on your account which expires in 2 months.            

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.                                

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
